What's to sort out about flash? I can honestly say that I have not missed having it on my iPhone in the year-and-a-half I've been using it, but then again I've never really jumped onto the whole Farmville thing.

My view is that with the rise of HTML5 (especially use of the element for web video) and CSS3, the relevance of flash is rapidly declining. Check out the videos Apple recently posted to showcase Aperture 3 - they're embedded using HTML, CSS and Javascript, not Flash, yet the experience is largely the same to the user.

I've said to quite a few people that this is the first Apple hardware that I have not instantly desired to have.

I think once they have a front facing camera and can sort out their issue with Adobe re Flash support I may consider. I like the idea of having a portable device like that that you can just have sitting on the bench for anyone in the family to pick up and play with.

Not as yet, currently living in a hotel with shambolic internet access. I'll try and download it via some random cafe wifi so I can watch it on the plane home tomorrow ;)

I have been able to watch the design video, looks pretty slick. Still can't believe they went ahead and called it the iPad. I guess it works based on its intended purpose, plus if Nintendo can get away with calling their gaming console the Wii, iPad is perhaps OK?!?

Are you tempted to stump up for one?
