STi have released the production version of the Electra One concept revealed at the 33rd Tokyo Motorshow. It looks almost extactly the same - but while the concept had a vanilla (if you could call it that!) STi engine - the production car has 300ps or 221kw!.
That figure breaks the Japanese manufacturers ‘gentlemans agreement’ to limit the out put of their cars to ‘only’ 280ps/206kw. While NISMO broke this limit with their Skyline GT-R model - the Nismo 400R - it was seen to be a modified car rather than a factory effort.
